Welcome to Trim Shine Auto Detailing. By booking a service through our website, over the phone, or in person, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Offered

Trim Shine Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to:

• Exterior washing, waxing, and polishing

• Interior cleaning, shampooing, and stain/odor removal

• Nano ceramic coatings

• Premium detailing packages by appointment

All services are provided at the client’s location unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Service Area

We serve customers within a 15-mile radius of Tamarac, Florida. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or text.

• We do our best to arrive on time, but delays due to traffic, weather, or emergencies may occur.

• If we’re delayed by more than 30 minutes, we’ll notify you immediately.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment platforms via secure third-party providers.

• Ceramic coating jobs or services over $300 may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

• Deposits for premium services (e.g. ceramic coating) are non-refundable if canceled less than 48 hours in advance.

6. Vehicle Condition Disclosures

You agree to disclose the true condition of your vehicle. Extra charges may apply for:

• Excessive pet hair

• Heavy stains or odors

• Mold, mildew, or biohazards

• Neglected vehicles requiring additional labor or tools

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a health or safety risk.

7. Damage Policy

We treat every vehicle with care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint defects, worn upholstery)

• Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to detailing

• Damage caused by improper vehicle condition or third-party accessories (e.g. cheap wraps, cracked panels)

Before/after photos are taken as documentation of vehicle condition.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve the issue or schedule a return visit, if appropriate.

9. Weather Policy

Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions. In the event of rain, storms, or extreme heat, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons.

10. Privacy

All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, stored, and protected.

11. Changes to Terms

Trim Shine Auto Detailing may update these Terms of Service at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
