Cancellation Policy

Trim Shine Auto Detailing provides mobile, appointment-based services performed at the customer’s location within Tamarac, FL and a 15-mile radius. All services are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. This policy is in place to ensure efficient scheduling, fair service, and a professional experience for all clients. The Mobile Exterior Wash & Wax is an exterior-only express service designed for lightly to moderately soiled vehicles. Interior cleaning is not included unless a separate interior service is booked. Pricing and estimated service time are based on vehicle size and overall condition. Vehicles with heavy dirt, excessive buildup, mud, sand, pet hair, stains, or neglected surfaces may require an upgraded service or rescheduling. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in loss of booking priority. Same-day bookings are limited to maintain service quality and operational efficiency. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle, including adequate working space and removal of personal belongings as needed. Trim Shine Auto Detailing reserves the right to decline or modify service if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or vehicle condition does not match the booked service. Service availability is limited daily. Vehicle caps and time limits apply, especially for larger vehicles, to ensure consistent quality. Weather conditions may impact service timing and may require rescheduling; clients will be notified promptly if changes are necessary. By booking a service with Trim Shine Auto Detailing, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. This policy helps maintain fairness, transparency, and high-quality results for every customer.
